Returns and Exchanges
Unused items with tags may be returned or exchanged only if the customer contacts the Company within 7 days after receipt, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the Company's separately prescribed conditions.
Return shipping fees, refund handling charges, customs duties, and similar charges for customer-convenience returns or exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
Defective or Misdelivered Items
If an item is defective, damaged, or misdelivered, please contact the Company within 7 days after receipt. The Company will determine whether to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
